The Life Is Life Framework

Because life is life—and how we respond to it changes everything.

Meet Chad Arndt

Life has a way of testing all of us. It brings joy and heartbreak. Success and disappointment. Certainty and uncertainty. No matter who we are, life eventually asks us difficult questions. After nearly 30 years of using alcohol to cope with life's challenges, Chad discovered that recovery was about far more than putting down a drink. It became the beginning of a deeper journey—learning how emotions influence our decisions, how perspective changes our experiences, and how a simple pause can change the direction of a life. Today, Chad shares the Life Is Life Framework, helping individuals, teams, and organizations navigate life's biggest moments with greater intention, perspective, and purpose. His message isn't about avoiding life's challenges. It's about learning how to respond to them. Because life is life. How we respond to it changes everything.
